Feb 20, 2011 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A fire in Matt Barnes' T-shirt business has prompted the owner to change the business model of his company. Barnes decided not to sell his music-themed T-shirts through retailers but to distribute them directly to clients through the internet. The previous model was based on selling large volumes with smaller margins. Barnes now sells his T-shirts at $A59.95 per unit with free delivery within Australia.
